NOMINATION NOTICE
CMAGE/CWA Local 4502
NOMINATIONS

Nominations for the office of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and seven (7) Trustees of Local 4502 shall be conducted at the nomination meeting of CWA Local 4502 on:

                                                Date:  September 27, 2011

                                    Time: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

                                    Place: Baker’s Hall, CWA Local 4320
                                               4140 E. Broad St.
                                               Columbus, OH 43213
                                               
                                               
The election committee will open nominations from the floor.  Nominations may also be made in writing and must be received by Debbie Ioia, Elections Committee Chairperson, CMAGE/CWA Local 4502, P.O. Box # 163392, Columbus, OH 43215 no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 27, 2011.

The term of office will run for three years.

Any member in good standing may nominate, provided the nominee is a member in good standing and agrees to be a nominee.  Per the CWA Constitution, Article XV-Elections, Section 4-General Provisions, d) “Only members of the Union in good standing shall be eligible to vote or hold elective office.  No elected officer to the Union or of a Local shall take office unless the elected officer is eligible under the Constitution and Federal or Provincial Law.”

The nominations of a person for the office of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary shall also constitute the nominations of the same person as a delegate to CWA conventions held during the term of office for which the election is being conducted.
