Council to vote on CWA Local 4502 Contract

Columbus City Council is set to vote the contract legislation in to effect on Monday, March 1, 2010. The meeting will start at 5:00pm and we are encouraging all members to attend, and wear red as a sign of solidarity and support for our Union. We will attempt to get the contract vote early in the agenda so that people will not forced to sit through the entire hearing. President Bellous will be speaking on the legislation to make sure Council knows that although the contract ngotiations have come to a conclusion, the call for equity with other bargaining units has just begun. We look forward to seeing all of you there on the 1st at City Hall.
