CWA Statewide Rally set for January 14, 2011

On Friday, January 14, 2011, the One Ohio Now Coalition will have a kick-off rally at the statehouse in Columbus.  One Ohio Now is a coalition of labor unions, human services organizations, education organizations, and many community activists organizations.  CWA is a main sponsor of this coalition.  Our main purpose is to push for a balanced approach to dealing with the upcoming state budget crisis so the budget will not be balanced on the backs of public employees and the clients they serve.  Attached is a flyer that can be posted.  Please try to get as many people there as possible to send an early message to the new legislature.  More information on One Ohio Now can be found at OneOhioNow.org.  Please notify Brien Bellous at 614-485-1265or bbellous@cmage.org and let him know how many people will be attending.
