Join in the Union's Fight for Jobs and Families!
On Saturday,October 2,CWAers and members from more than
190 environmental, civil rights, and community organizations will
be out in force at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, inWashington,
D.C.We’ll be speaking with one voice, as one nation, in a historic
march on Washington D.C.
You won’t want to miss this event.You don’t want to miss this time to
make your voice heard!
Who will be there? Progressive groups from every part of our
movement: union members, environmentalists, community organizers,
civil rights and immigrant activists,members of religious groups, and
many more.
Why are we joining with these other groups? It’s time to reset
our national agenda and get things done for working and middle class families.That means a strong, progressive program for
quality jobs now, bargaining rights, retirement security and government that works for all of us.That’s what every group in the
coalition supports, but we know we can’t do it alone.Together we are stronger.

Saturday, October 2, 2010 AT THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL, NATIONAL MALL, WASHINTON, DC
Transportation:
Buses Leave Columbus, 12 midnight, October 2, 2010 to go to DC for the action, join your sisters and brothers and make your voice loud and proud.
Location:
The event takes place on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial located on the National Mall in Washington DC.
Description:
This event is open to the public. This event is also a family friendly event. We will march rain or shine. Bring signs that promote the values of One Nation Working Together. There will be portable bathrooms and water on site.
