Wage Compression

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS:   If you have subordinates whose current wages equal or exceeds yours, please e-mail the union office at wc@cmage.org.

The union has filed a class action grievance 053-10 against the City of Columbus.  This grievance addresses the wage disparity of CMAGE/CWA Local 4502 members and those in other bargaining units.  If you feel that you are experiencing wage disparity,  the union would like to address your particular circumstances.  Please e-mail the union office at wc@cmage.org.
